West Suffolk Voluntary Association for the Blind

Our current year’s estimated expenditure is £110,000. That may seem a lot but we now have 1320 members and 100 volunteers, helped by 7 part-time staff (equivalent to 3.5 full time staff). We work as hard as we can to provide an efficient and effective service offering very good value for money.

Thank Yous

We offer a big thank you to everyone for their help and support at fundraising events. This includes all those volunteers who so generously give of their time to make things happen and the public who give so freely on these occasions. We also thank those who give to the Association by way of a regular Standing Order. We cannot function without financial help from the public - the need to generate new ideas and keep the donations flowing is crucial to the well being and future of our services.

More fundraising news...

If you are able please consider a donation, standing order or leaving us a donation in your will. Leaving a legacy is a lovely way to show you appreciate the services you have received without directly affecting you and it is tax free.

Store Collections

Our Charity, like many others, relies heavily on the generous donations from the general public and Store Collections is one way they give. Details of forthcoming collections will appear on our Fundraising News page.
